Our Mission

To provide affordable multi-disciplinary healthcare to the community with a focus on problem solving and lifestyle modification.

We offer an alternative approach to conventional primary healthcare to attain physical and emotional well-being.

Acupuncture

Acupuncture is an ancient healing art still proving itself more than worthy in today’s healthcare arena. The therapy involves the insertion of fine needles at locations along the bodys energetic pathways.

Physiotherapy

Physiotherapy provides remedial techniques to rehabilitate an injury, improve body performance or address pain. Pain or impairment of any joint or muscle group(s) are assessed…

Combined Therapy

Physiotherapy and acupuncture work well together. Options are abound as the best of East and West meet to address common goals.

Acupuncture Point Injection

Point injection therapy uses acupuncture points in a different manner. The points are accessed using a hypodermic needle (very small) and normal saline solution is delivered.

FAQs
Why are the treatment fees lower than many other clinics?

The practitioners at Acus clinic own and run the practice. This means there are no practice managers/ ‘middle men’ or other staff. In this way costs are kept down and clients can afford to return frequently to benefit from treatment quicker.

What if I need cupping or moxibustion?

Your practitioner will recommend and apply other therapies such as cups, moxa, electroacupuncture or other as a part of your treatment if he/she feels it is necessary at no extra charge.

Does the clinic offer massage?

We do not offer massage as a stand-alone treatment. Massage is, however, one element among others used in physiotherapy sessions.  There is more to gain therapeutically when joints, neural structures and soft tissue are addressed in combination.
